Just so you know…Chicken breast went from $84 a case to $154 a case and as per out discussion at the meeting we need to be aware of portions. at $154/case of 40lbs. that makes each lb $3.84. I weighed 3 chicken tenders today and the came out to 8.4oz. that is just more than half a pound. That is too much cost we are using. please review this video to get an idea of what the strips should look like. there is nothing wrong with cutting thick pieces down and using the parts for quesadillas. If chicken looks to big please notify me and then correct it so I can talk with who previously made. Portion control is important!!!!
