Terms, Conditions, and Rental Guidelines

General Terms & Conditions

Important Notice

By renting a pool table, you agree to be legally bound by this policy and accept full financial responsibility for any damages or violations that occur during your rental period.

1. Rental Agreement

  • All renters must be 18 years or older
  • Valid identification may be required
  • Digital signature on rental agreement is mandatory
  • Rental time begins when table is assigned to you
  • Tables must be returned in the same condition as received

2. Reservation & Payment

  • Reservations are recommended during peak hours
  • Payment is due upon table assignment
  • Damage fees will be charged immediately upon discovery
  • All fees are non-refundable once rental period begins

Pool Table Rental Rules

ALLOWED

  • Standard pool/billiard games
  • House cues and equipment
  • Personal cue sticks (inspect first)
  • BLUE CHALK ONLY
  • Respectful behavior
  • Proper ball handling

PROHIBITED

  • Food or drinks near table
  • Non-blue chalk
  • Sitting or leaning on table
  • Throwing or mishandling balls
  • Sharp objects near felt
  • Excessive force or trick shots

Damage Fees & Penalties

Immediate Charges Apply

The following fees will be charged immediately upon discovery of damage or policy violations:

Standard Damage Fees

Cleaning Fee $75.00 Stains, spills, food residue, wrong chalk color
Felt Replacement $300.00 Tears, burns, permanent stains, severe damage
Ball Replacement $15.00 each Cracked, chipped, or missing balls
Cue Stick Damage $25.00 - $100.00 Broken, cracked, or damaged house cues
Rail/Bumper Damage $150.00+ Damage to table rails or cushions
Pocket Damage $50.00 each Torn or damaged pocket nets/leather
Additional Costs: Charges exceeding standard fees will be assessed based on actual repair/replacement costs.

Prohibited Items & Activities

Absolutely Forbidden

  • Food & Beverages - No exceptions
  • Chalk (Non-Blue) - Green, red, white, etc.
  • Personal Items - Bags, keys, phones on table
  • Smoking/Vaping - Near table area
  • Jewelry - Rings, bracelets that could scratch

Behavior Guidelines

  • No Sitting - On table edges or rails
  • Gentle Play - No aggressive shots
  • Proper Equipment - Use only provided chalk
  • Respectful Conduct - Towards staff and equipment
  • Clean Hands - Wash before playing

Equipment Care Instructions

Pool Balls
  • Handle gently
  • No throwing or dropping
  • Place carefully in racks
  • Report any damage immediately
Table Felt
  • Only blue chalk allowed
  • No food/drink contact
  • Avoid sharp objects
  • Don't lean or sit on table
Cue Sticks
  • Handle with care
  • Don't use as support
  • Store in provided racks
  • Report loose tips/damage

Liability & Legal Terms

Legal Responsibility

By signing the rental agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Full Financial Responsibility: You are liable for all damages, fees, and costs resulting from your use of the pool table and equipment.
  2. Immediate Payment: All damage fees are due immediately and will be charged to your payment method on file.
  3. Legal Action: Refusal to pay will result in collection efforts and legal action to recover damages plus legal fees.
  4. Evidence Collection: We may use security cameras, digital signatures, and witness statements as evidence of damages.
  5. No Refunds: Damage fees are non-refundable once assessed and charged.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding damage fees or policy violations will be resolved through:

  1. Manager review with photographic evidence
  2. Mediation if requested within 24 hours
  3. Small claims court if necessary
